A variety of state-of-the-art coiling equipment creates springs, wireforms and custom wire products of high precision and superior consistency. Multi-tool open-face coilers allow for precise and easy adjustment. Servo sensor control systems maintain accurate tolerances. Precise angular relationships, critical wire length and tight pitch control can be maintained with exacting tolerances. We supply springs with variable pitch, variable diameter and variable rates. After years of working in conjunction with vision system experts, they were unable to develop a vision system to meet our needs. Left on our own, we developed a three-camera system that provided our customer with a 100% defect free product. Not stopping there, we are expanding this technology to other areas. This is resulting in a reduction of scrap and improved quality for our customers Our CNC equipment and shop floor layout provide a highly flexible manufacturing environment that responds quickly to changing customer needs. We maintain a strenuous maintenance schedule that ensures our equipment delivers critical tolerances, precise tool alignment and consistent output. Our machining department contains several CNC centers as well as one-of-a-kind equipment, which allows us to do most of the operations in house. This allows us to control the quality of the product and make sure the delivery deadline is met. The equipment is frequently upgraded and with a rigid maintenance schedule in place, the breakdowns are very rare. Our employees undergo extensive, continuous training and are cross-trained on most of the equipment.
